Absolutely would not recommend this company. I have never seen insurance be such a debate. I asked for the new rate a couple months prior to renewal to no avail. The office sent me documentation on my auto rate which was not correct and as time got closer to renewal I recieved every excuse why the rate was not available. Also my home insurance (upon finally seeing any documentation) now had a $5000 deductible for water (never had a claim and live no where near water). No loss of use coverage and I was told to "just sign it." I don't think so. Also prior to the renewal date we scheduled an appointment and upon showing up to discuss details and pay we discover our broker had just left. Now I am still waiting on the policy issue to be solved with our home insurance and still have not received our insurance cards. So after being proactive and trying to iron all this out. 2-3 months prior to renewal it's a month past and nothing. I feel like we have to chase our broker to have it resolved. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Also going to file a complaint after this horrible display of professionalism. Don't put yourself in a spot where your coverage is in jeopardy and the people behind it don't care enough to do the bare minimum.

I had a terrible experience with this company. If you do not want a nasty surprise and a stressful experience after you sign all documents, I absolutely do not recommend them. I tell what experience I have had with them recently and you decide for yourself whether to go with this company or not. When I went to their office, a lady who work there gave me a quote and told that I would receive the policy by mail. She gave some documents to sign but never gave their copy for myself. I signed all these documents based on that quote and left. A month later, I was still waiting for the policy to arrive. Only after a few calls and an email, she finally sent a copy of the policy by email. I was shocked seeing the amount almost twice as much as the originally quoted amount. I called immediately asking what happened, the lady told that she would verify this and call back. I never received a call from her until I called again a couple of days later in which she again promised to call back. She never called back. I sent an email and asked for an appointment, she never gave one. Only after a week and with repeated calls and emails on my part, she finally responds to my email saying she had made a mistake when giving the original quote. She also told that I should live with the new amount or look for another insurer. You definitely do not want to find yourself in such situation a month later you get an insurance. I sent an email asking for an appointment and for the copies of the documents which I signed when she gave the original quote. She never responded to this email. I wish I had known earlier that they would treat their customers this way.

Highly recommend this company. I have never been treated so well. Pat is so kind and caring and I can’t thank him enough for his help. Good to know there is still good people out there. Thank you again Pat to you and your wonderful staff!

Tried to insure an MG but buddy didn't even try to help me out, just tried passing me off to another company that DIDN'T EVEN EXIST

Pat and staff are great. Dealt with them years ago and recently made contact again. Fair, affordable auto insurance.
