I went in to take my drivers test and was met by very kind ladies at the front desk; all very patient and straight forward. I had my drivers test with a man I want to say was named Rick, he was very kind and calming, and when safe to do so would engage in conversation during the test. Very happy to announce I passed my test, and while I did make one or two mistakes, he was quick to explain how to make it better in depth at the end. Thank you!

Short wait, very helpful and positive. Much better than Having to deal with ICBC in BC where I am from. Happy to have relocated to St. Albert. Thank you! Shannon was extremely helpful, even came back from lunch to help me. Will definitely be back. Came back again today 3 months later and again a very positive and friendly interaction getting my driver's abstract ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ wish I could give it a second 5 star review.

Just moved to St Albert from Vancouver and was told to go to Drayden Insurance for my vehicle. I met with a Kelly to ask questions. I have no idea of the process of switching over insurance and wanted someone to explain to me how to do so. Kelly was very abrasive and unwilling to answer simple questions and kept saying "this just isn't the place for you." Which seemed very rude in my opinion. I *maybe* have had an accident in the last 6 years, I am unsure and as soon as she heard that, I was no longer worth her time and she couldn't answer the simplest of questions. The LEAST she could've done is smiled and tried to answer some questions. Damn. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Do better. Customer service is terrible.

Easily the most unprofessional experince I have ever had. I will not be returning to this establishment, specifically due to this woman's attitude and treatment this morning. Firstly, we were presented with her sour, unpleasant attitude when we asked how she was doing. Like a valley girl we got a response "gooooood, what do you need?" We proceed to share we are looking to switch to AHS from BC. This is new to her and she is training (which is fine, but her stuck up attitude was revolting). There is nothing wrong with being trained, but she could take a note of being humble and respectful. After requesting documents and rudely stating "we need to prove we belong here" while she rolled her eyes. It was laughable how distasteful she conducted herself. In this day and age no one should be using phrases like this, dripping in distane and judgment. She was not even able to open a PDF from an email. This same email that was able to be opened and printed at another location - not sure what was different about her computer than any other. It was very clear her only goal was to be difficult and abrasive. After returning with everything printed and every single document we could possibly need we waited for ANY ONE ELSE BESIDES HER. Guess our luck, even after saying we'd rather wait we were urged to go to her as she finally had an experience associate with her. Finally her attitude was a little less toxic and repulsive. Her associate walked her through the process and was able to help us, void of a condescending attitude and tone. I have been a Drayton client since I was 16 and was able to drive. I will be going to AMA or any other registry for my future needs and insurance. Drayton I urge you to monitor your new trainee with short blonde hair, black thick glasses and valley girl voice. You may loose more clients or leave more people feeling upset when they are there for help. I am sure that is not what your establishment stands for. I regret not getting her name, but i could not get out of there fast enough.

Have almost always gone here for registry services, and have gotten what I needed but… Today, I was having a VERY rough day and Angela went above and beyond to be so helpful and so patient with me. Her kindness turned my whole day around! It’s worth checking out this registry in hopes you get to interact with her. Surely her colleagues are great too.
