Lost my documents
Drake & Marshall Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Drake & Marshall Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Could be better
The rates Drake & Marshall Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Room for improvement
