Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Drake & Kim Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Happy with the savings

Slow and unresponsive
Drake & Kim Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Drake & Kim Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
