Poor communication
My biggest issue with Douglas & Webster Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Douglas & Webster Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Douglas & Webster Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
