Room for improvement
Douglas Risk Management handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
Used Douglas Risk Management for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
