Reliable broker
Been with Douglas Risk Management for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Slow and unresponsive
Douglas Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
