Reliable broker
Been with Douglas & Ramsey Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Douglas & Ramsey Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Douglas & Ramsey Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Lost my documents
Douglas & Ramsey Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
