Reliable broker
Been with Douglas & Partners Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Douglas & Partners Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Douglas & Partners Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Slow and unresponsive
Douglas & Partners Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
