Lost my documents
Douglas & Partners Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Douglas & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Douglas & Partners Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier
