Renewal was painless
Just went through my annual renewal with Douglas Insurance Ltd.. They proactively reviewed my home insurance and found me a better rate without me even asking.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Douglas Insurance Ltd.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Douglas Insurance Ltd.. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Douglas Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
Douglas Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
