Helpful but slow
The broker at Douglas Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Douglas Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
