Responsive and caring

Helpful staff

Great for home insurance

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Douglas & Grant Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Douglas & Grant Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
