Made insurance easy
Insurance has always been confusing to me, but the team at Douglas & Fraser Insurance explained everything in plain language. Got great tenant insurance coverage at a fair price.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Douglas & Fraser Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Douglas & Fraser Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
