Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Douglas & Associates Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Helpful staff

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Douglas & Associates Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Douglas & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Family business feel
