Lost my documents
Donovan & Cook Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive
Donovan & Cook Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Donovan & Cook Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
