Very knowledgeable team
Donovan & Co. Insurance has a team of very knowledgeable brokers. They helped me understand the difference between various auto insurance coverages and what I actually need.

Average experience
My experience with Donovan & Co. Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Donovan & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Donovan & Co. Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Donovan & Co. Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.
