Lost my documents
Diamond Insurance Advisors lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive
Diamond Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Reliable broker

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Diamond Insurance Advisors. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
