Could be better
The rates Desjardins Solutions d'Assurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Desjardins Solutions d'Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Does the job
Desjardins Solutions d'Assurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sherbrooke. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Slow and unresponsive
Desjardins Solutions d'Assurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
