Helpful staff
The staff at Desjardins Groupe d'Assurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Mixed feelings

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Desjardins Groupe d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
