Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Desjardins Groupe d'Assurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Desjardins Groupe d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Desjardins Groupe d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker
