Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Desjardins Conseil en Assurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Could be better
The rates Desjardins Conseil en Assurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Desjardins Conseil en Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Desjardins Conseil en Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
