Cancelled all our family's claim-free policies with State Farm entirely because of poor service from this office. Surprising condescension and rudeness from an agent named Megan, unreturned messages left for Walter, clearly they don't want our business after over 2 decades with State Farm agencies outside of Woodstock. Now enjoying better rates, superior coverage and, critically, customer service from another local brokerage.

It has always been a pleasure to deal with Walter and his staff. I've been insured with Walter's Agency for over 12 years and I have received great advice and service during those years. Give Walter a call for all your insurance needs, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been with them for 8 years I received an express letter from them all of a sudden at the start of this month warning me that if I didn’t complete the application they sent they would cancel my policy I called multiple times finally got them to send me another application that never came I even went in person and had no luck (they’re out of the office and unreachable from 12pm-2pm DAILY) so with my work schedule they are absolutely unreachable I called today trying to iron it out now that I’ve had a little time and they dropped me and I lost every discount they offered the new quote was absolutely ridiculous just south of $400 I have 1 at fault accident from 2021 it’s absolute insanity their representatives are extremely rude and condescending. Their customer service skills are abysmal yet they have the audacity to talk to you like a child when you call them regarding literally anything . Do better it’s pathetic
