Had a bad experience with Delta Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Room for improvement

Delta Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected

Based on reviews I expected more from Delta Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Just went through my annual renewal with Delta Insurance Agency. They proactively reviewed my home insurance and found me a better rate without me even asking.

Made insurance easy

Insurance has always been confusing to me, but the team at Delta Insurance Agency explained everything in plain language. Got great tenant insurance coverage at a fair price.

Switching from my old broker to Delta Insurance Agency was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Helpful but slow

The broker at Delta Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
