Quoted a price, but my account was charged significantly more (approx $120/month). When I inquired, I was told the increase happened AFTER signing, and cancelling would incur fees. Was told by Janice that she shopped around and that there were no other affordable options. Inquired myself with other brokerages, and found somewhere that saved me over $1400 per year. Emails to my broker Janice were ignored for up to ten days, requiring multiple follow-ups, and by the time it was finally cancelled I incurred additional charges due to their delays. No apology, no accountability. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
