Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with DeepLand Risk Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used DeepLand Risk Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Room for improvement
DeepLand Risk Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Does the job
DeepLand Risk Solutions helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Edmonton. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
