Room for improvement
DeepGate Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Fair pricing
DeepGate Insurance Services offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Helpful but slow
The broker at DeepGate Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
