Does the job
DeepDale Insurance Partners helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Abbotsford. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with DeepDale Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from DeepDale Insurance Partners. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used DeepDale Insurance Partners for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
