Good broker
Dean Risk Management took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Room for improvement
Dean Risk Management handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Dean Risk Management. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

I appreciate that Dean Risk Management shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.
