Fair pricing
Dean & McMillan Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

My experience with Dean & McMillan Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Room for improvement
Dean & McMillan Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Dean & McMillan Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Dean & McMillan Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
