Slow and unresponsive
Dean & Bolton Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Good value
I appreciate that Dean & Bolton Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Fair pricing
Dean & Bolton Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Solid broker
Dean & Bolton Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Dean & Bolton Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
