Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Dean & Baxter Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Dean & Baxter Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Dean & Baxter Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
