Helpful but slow
The broker at Dean & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Helpful staff

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Dean & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Dean & Associates Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
