Reliable broker
Been with Dawson & MacLeod Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Room for improvement
Dawson & MacLeod Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Dawson & MacLeod Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
