Renewal was painless

Helpful but slow
The broker at Dawson & Baxter Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Mixed feelings

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Dawson & Baxter Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
