Poor communication
My biggest issue with Davis & Cook Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Davis & Cook Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Solid broker
Davis & Cook Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
Davis & Cook Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Davis & Cook Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
