Best broker in town

Slow and unresponsive
Daniels & Shepherd Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Daniels & Shepherd Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Daniels & Shepherd Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Pretty good
Daniels & Shepherd Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Daniels & Shepherd Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
