Amazing customer service

Does the job
Daniels & Ramos Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Markham. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Daniels & Ramos Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used Daniels & Ramos Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Smooth transition
