Pretty good
Daniels & MacNeil Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Daniels & MacNeil Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Daniels & MacNeil Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
