Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Daniels Insurance Ltd. was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Daniels Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Could be better
The rates Daniels Insurance Ltd. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
