Amazing customer service
The staff at Daniels & Associates Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Daniels & Associates Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Daniels & Associates Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Daniels & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
