Great experience!
I had an excellent experience with Curtis & Smith Insurance. They found me the best auto insurance rate in Calgary and the whole process was seamless.

Room for improvement
Curtis & Smith Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
Used Curtis & Smith Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Fair pricing
Curtis & Smith Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.
