Good broker

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Curtis Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
Curtis Insurance Brokers helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Niagara Falls. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Curtis Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
