Okay but not great
Used Crown Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Could be better
The rates Crown Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Reliable broker
Been with Crown Insurance Group for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Crown Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
