Couldn't be happier

Slow and unresponsive
Cross Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

The rates Cross Insurance Services found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
