Not what I expected

Based on reviews I expected more from Cross Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Great for bundling

Cross Insurance Group bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Responsive and caring

When my basement flooded, Cross Insurance Group was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Okay but not great
