Does the job
Cross Financial & Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to London. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Cross Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Cross Financial & Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
