Solid broker
Cross Brokerage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Cross Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Cross Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
