Family business feel
Crest Insurance Brokers has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Okay but not great
Used Crest Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Crest Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Crest Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
