Average experience
My experience with Crest Insurance Brokers was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Crest Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used Crest Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Insurance made simple
As a newcomer to Surrey, Crest Insurance Brokers made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in British Columbia clearly.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Crest Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Great for bundling
Crest Insurance Brokers bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Crest Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
